Ingredients:

1 lb. Hamburger

1 Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage Pkg.

2 Bags Mini Carrots

1 Onion

5 Large Potatoes Sliced 1/4 Inch Thick

1 Pkg. Cracker Barrel EXTRA-SHARP Chedder Cheese

Salt and Pepper

Recipe:

In 12 quart dutch oven, crumble/mix hamburger and sausage in bottom. Place cut potatoes,then carrots and onions. Cook for 50-65 minutes until carrots are at desired firmness and then drain or cook off excess water. Lightly turn and mix ingredients. Grate entire brick of cheese and place on top of meal. Replace lid for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted throughout. Remove from heat and serve.
